Avalon Design Services Limited is a privately owned New Zealand company which can provide you with complete and innovative engineering design services using modern, 3 dimensional computer aided design software. With our software, we can take your 'old' 2D drawings and convert them to electronic format to a standard you expect from the best in the business. We look forward to your enquiry.

At Avalon Design Services we produce a number of designs for jigs and fixtures, machines, hand tools, electronic test fixtures(bed-of-nails), golf clubs, robotics/automation and factory layouts to name but some. By visiting our gallery, you will see a selection of tools and fixtures we have been proud to design and due to our continued client confidentiality, which we are proud to respect, we are only able to show a small selection of what we are capable of. We do thank those clients for allowing us, Avalon Design Services Limited, the privildge of using their finished product.

Avalon also uses and recommends products from SMC Pneumatics and IDI (Interconnect Devices, Inc), utlilising these products in our designs for test fixtures and tooling where appropriate, respecting the customers specific requirements.
